Support Sugooi Scans

As any other group or non-profit organization we have bills to pay in order to provide our services to you. Up to now (read: year 2009, one year later) we were able survive with generous amounts from donators and the small income we generate from our advertising.

Since Sugooi is constantly growing and the traffic to our website is drastically increasing our old host wasn't good enough to handle all those requests and began causing a bunch problems. Therefore we have changed to a much more reliable hosting solution called dedicated hosting, which means that we have one server just for us. Unfortunately much higher costs come with this change and we hope that our users will keep supporting us financially.

To get a minimum of income to pay for the bills we place unharmful advertisements on our website, in addition to this we also accept user donations to keep the advertisements to a minimum. We currently accept donations via PayPal, but the following payment methods are also available on request: EU bank transfer, US bank transfer, Moneybookers. Just contact us for details.

Voluntary jobs

Next to financial support we also kindly accept user contributions, we are always looking for new staff members who want to join the fun. The more staff means the more and better releases. Just leave us a message via our website and tell us about your skills and experience or drop by at our forum.

What do I get in return?

If you're not doing it for the karma and are not satisfied with our über quality manga releases then there a few other small gifts you might receive for your contributions.

Such gifts can be one of these:

- A car (usually a ferrari)
- A helicopter (yes, with rocket launchers)
- Private-jet (whathever model your heart desires)
- A kawaii manga or anime boy/girlfriend of your choice brought to life
- The global "green card" (be a legal resident wherever you go)
- A word of praise from the main staff (the best possible gift!)
